In 2012, CBRC approached the BTW Board asking for assistance with another park revitalization project, Prospect Park. This project would be developed in two phases.

Phase one was the installation of the largest playground unit in the city at the time, which included play components designed for ages 5-12, but also 2-5, making it the first such unit within the city or the township. The project also included walkways and barriers for fall zone materials and site drainage and removal system. 

Phase two of the project included the installation of a fitness park, benches, picnic shelter, fencing, back boards and rims, and a wheelchair accessible play structure that was moved from another location. 

This project was completed in 2015 with over $300,000 in improvements put into this park.
